I recently sold something on eBay. Received an email that the customer didn't recive the item, but I sent it and I have the proof. Buyer filed a dispute on transaction and paypal obviosly put the payment on hold. I conttacted buyer but he didn't respond. What can I do to resolve the problem with funds on hold? How can I get funds released?
best bet is call paypal, have all information on hand for the item such as tracking, buyers address etc..
if you got a signature for the package, you should be great if not, paypal may **bleep** you on that
chances are the buyer is a scammer, trying to pull item not received scam but their is a small chance it didnt arrive which is less likely now a days. ALWAYS SPEND EXTRA FOR SIGNATURE DELIVERY
