Hello, I recently received a payment (Nov 6th) of $400 CAD for an item I am selling. I got an email saying that it has been approved but won't be accredited until I send the package and present the bar code. I've never made a paypal transaction before, so I'd like to verify that this is the correct way PayPal transactions work before I send the package of blindly.
