Hello. Okay so I purchased a pair of hair extensions on a website through PayPal, the website had these hair extensions listed as "platinum blonde" (color of extensions) And I received the wrong color of extensions. I contacted the site, and they told me my order was correct and it was exactly the color that I ordered and that platinum extensions were a different listing and I didn't order it. So I went on their website and took a screen shot of where it had these extensions listed as platinum. The site acknowledged that they had listed these extensions wrong and that they weren't suppose to be listed as platinum. So I ordered extensions listed as platinum color and received extensions that weren't the color they were listed as. I haven't been able to get a reply from the site after this. Any advice? I spent about $230 on these
