Hi

I recently received in the mail a demand for payment from NCO Financial Services Inc. Permit #40XXXX.

I do not recognize the transaction, and i did a historical search just in case.   It says the creditor is Paypal.

This is the first time I have every been contacted in regard to this and never from Paypal directly.

I think this is a scam.  Am I a victim of identity theft?

I also received a demand for payment letter from NCO FINANCIAL SERVICE.

They say i owe 290$ from Paypal.  I checked my account and the balance is 0$

Is there others in the same situation?

I too, received a letter from NCO Financial Services, INC. I had been called a few times, and they left messages, but I know 100% that I do not owe anyone anything. I actually have a credit in my account. Does this mean I've been hacked? Pretty discouraging to NOT be able to talk to a real person to resolve this...PAYPAL:I
