I have been on hold for almost 40 minutes now.  The customer service representative said she was transferring my call to the appropriate person.  I have been listening to the "wait" music for 41 minutes.   The rep finally came on at 42 minutes.

I have been on hold ofr an hour and ten minutes, just because I asked "Eva" nicely for a supervisor because she either could not or refused to answer why I was being charged for a friend/family transfer. My friends need the money to keep their utilities on dring this winter. Not cool!
