Hi, We were out of town and while we monitored our accounts we didn't do a great job because we were on vacation. When we returned my wife was balancing check books etc and saw a withdrawl from our bill account made by paypal but those transactions are NOT on our paypal account has anyone else have this experience and how to I get a refund for this transaction. We are confident we didn't allow these two transactions.
Review all your credit card purchases near those dates. It could be that a merchant was using PayPal for local payments. Always make sure you get a paper receipt for every credit card purchase so you can review them.
If you still can't figure it out the youneed to urgently phone you bank to figure it out.
