Account Limited

Hi Paypal Team,

I recently received the email below from PayPal indicating that my account is now permanently limited due to my alleged violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.

I was told below that I tend to had claims even after I received mail from Paypal which isn’t true,there isn’t any claims until my account for limited for my Paypal id

I would be really thankful if you can take a look and make it one time exception to raise and remove limitation from my account as I am a genuine person and I have paid for all my transactions ever I opened this account.

I am an honorable, honest individual and want to make sure that I address these accusations properly.

Also let me know if I need to go through Consumer Court for an appeal against this decision now on:

you need to contact customer services.

They told me that because of some disputes I raised against sellers my account was limited which isnt the case in my account.

I have ZERO disputes.

do you  have other accounts with Paypal?

I have no idea what happend to you but something has changed because now it's possible even to sell restricted items on ebay

Without any problems you can sell on eBay sensitive information like opt-in mailchimp list etc

I can't understand why your account has been limited, it's really weird
