Hi. I purchased an iPhone which was discribed as A+ PRISTINE CONDITION. It’s appearence matched the discription however it’s performance was faulty. The screen was intermittently unresponsive and l had to turn ot off and on again to get it to work.
Thas happened very regularly. I would not have called this A+ Pristine Condition. I would call it FAULTY.
The phone came with a12 month warranty. I initiated a dispute claim and was offered a £50.00 refund.
I declined the offer and asked for it to be repaired under the warranty. PayPal found in favour of the supplyer. This means that
A+ PRISTEN CONDITION is a valid discription for a broken item. Please comment.

The dispute phase is for you to sort out things with the seller.
Once escalated to a claim the 'only' option paypal gives you is to return the item back to the seller for a full refund.
But you did not presumably ask to do that you only wanted it repaired under warranty which paypal don't deal with so they closed your claim.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
