Hi. I purchased an iPhone which was discribed as A+ PRISTINE CONDITION. It’s appearence matched the discription however it’s performance was faulty. The screen was intermittently unresponsive and l had to turn ot off and on again to get it to work. Thas happened very regularly. I would not have called this A+ Pristine Condition. I would call it FAULTY. The phone came with a12 month warranty. I initiated a dispute claim and was offered a £50.00 refund. I declined the offer and asked for it to be repaired under the warranty. PayPal found in favour of the supplyer. This means that A+ PRISTEN CONDITION is a valid discription for a broken item. Please comment.
