I am selling a PS3 & 25 PS3 games & a Buyer wants to collect from me.....am I covered by paypal if anything goes wrong.

Nope, there is no paypal seller protection on items that are collected.

Thats why on ebay they allow you to put cash only on collection for items that are to be collected.

Just tell him to pay cash when he is happy with the items and  then you have the added benefit of no paypal fee

oh dear...told buyer its cash on collection and now he doesnt want to buy......maybe a scam.

Hmmm that is odd, because he would still pay the same amount.

Some scammers collect and then file for item not received.......and as you could not provide a tracking number you would have to refund them. .... even though they collected the item.

I sell quite a lot of items locally and never come across a buyer not happy to pay cash when he has inspected the item and happy with it.
