Hello everybody,
I have specific problem...I have from Slovakia(middle europe) and before 2 month I was registered to american web which offer video turtorials for 25dollars per month. I was registered and for two week was video turtorials for free. After two weeks this website made a payment but there was problem with my card and paypal couldnt make a payment and automatic payment from my card was cancelled. After 2 month this account where i can watch video turtorials is stil active, but website dont make any payment. Where is the problem? I think the website dont controll it and dont know that automatic payment was cancelled because of problem with card and they dont cancelled my account? Why? I write to email of website with this problem and they dont answer me. At first I thought its good I have video turtorials for free but then it can be problem in future. I dont pay 25 dollars for video turtorials and account is still active... Can this website in future request money back for months which i dont pay? But its no my problem I write to email of website that please cancelled my account, because automatic payment was cancelled before 2 month... but they dont answer... i have fear that after 1 or 2 years account will be still active and they send me missive from executor or lawyer that i have debt 600 dollars for two years or something similar.... what i should do please??

Check you account to see if you have a billing agreement setup, if you do, suggest cancelling it.
- Login to your PayPal Account.
- Click on "Profile".
- Click on "My Money".
- Look for: "My Preapproved Payments".
- You should see: "Manage the automatic payments, subscriptions, and installment plan payments I send to merchants".
- Click on "Update".
- Next, you will see all active and cancelled billing agreements/subscriptions listed on the screen.
- Click on the service-name for further action.
- You should see on next page terms of billing agreement/subscription, how much money you have authorized service provider to deduct from your account and few other details. Most important is link to Cancel agreement, in case if it is active.
- Note, when you click on Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm it once again. Click "Yes".
