U.S. Postal Service Label purchase

I have 2 label unauthorized USPS label purchases on my account. I have sent multiple email to PP with no response other that instructions that dont work at all. And the dispute resolution center also serves up instructions that don't work. While the transactions are small, I am worried because a CC and my back account are linked. Also,, I cant unlink my CC and bank accout because the transaction is pending.

Any help/suggestions/ advice ???

Same happened to me. Looks like such fraudulent USPS label purchase activities happen again. Can anyone help?

I was able today to unlink my bank and CC from my PP acount. I suppose I should never have linked them to something as flakey as paypal in the first place. lesson learned.  

Most companies learn that good customer service keeps them standing. PP will learn sooner or later.

Paypal refunded my money and I also removed my bank account from my Paypal. Will close my paypal account soon.
