Seller provided faulty tracking number

I bought a custom made dress from a seller on etsy, its been over 2 months now and I have not recieved the dress. I was told it was mailed a number of times but never recieved it. Then I opened a dispute just days before my time limit was up because I kept giving her the benifit of the doubt. She then provided a tracking number, but it wasn't for my dress it was for someone in Australia!!! I live in Sweden!

 

I am so afraid that paypal wont catch that it was not the right tracking number and I have no way to email them and show them that she gave a false tracking number for my purchase.

As you can clearly see the package was dilivered in Austrailia, that is the dirrect tracking number provided in the item dispute and of course I have not recieved my dress.

 

How can I show paypal that she is scamming me?

I have no way to comment on the claim pending any further because it is being reviewed by paypal.

I have made screen shots of both the package and the tracking number provided in the dispute to be compairied if needed.

 

Please help me.

It is almost 10:30 in the night here in Sweden I tried to call them anyway but it is closed of course, I will try again in the morning right away.
