Security Issues - Made me upload a pic of my ID...

Why is PayPal making me upload my ID and wait a few days while they review it?? I just got money on my PayPal and now I can't spend it bc PayPal is making me wait.. Very disappointed!

You'll need to contact PayPal customer service if you want an explanation.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page for options.
