PayPal has ruled in my favor ona dispute.
The instructions they posted require that I ship the item to an address in France. However, the package originally came to me from an address in North Caroline U.S. costing only $12 U.S
I do not wish to ship to France for two reasons: 1) The product did not come from there and 2) Shipping to France is absurd, since the cost to ship internationally would be more than what I paid for the product and shipping together.
How can I get through to PayPal. They do not seem to want to answer my question.
Please advise.
