How does a non-profit manage to get the withdrawal limit raised above $500? We have a credit card with our bank but the name on the card is unrelated to our PayPal account and the system won't let me adjust it online and the name would change every year anyway. We have a Federal ID number but the system says it can't be verified even though it is the equivalent of a SSN.
Alternatively, how do we get someone at PayPal to answer the mail? I phoned and the person did not understand me, and twice I have submitted messages which the system said I would be contacted about in hours or days -- but NOTHING! In the meantime we have a large chunk of our limited funding tied up in the PayPal account.
Any suggestions?
