I am relieved in a way, I just went to my  page again and now I have 5 red flags, I was in panic mode, red flags are never a good sign, and didn't know if I was at risk for selling to this person or the red flag was meant for buyer as I was the risk, we always seem to pay for their errors even if it is only in time, like the poor seller that relplied that was on the phone for 1 hour, Perhaps when they make these errors that costS us our precious time  They should deposit a buck or two  to our pay pal acct for that time, this would only be distributed to people who did take the time to try and find out what the heck...

Never happen I know,  Thanks to al again, consider this a  response to the whole gang who took a minute of their time  to help a panicked fellow member MUCH APPRECIATED

I wa all ready to go into panic mode until I read all the emails about the red flag. I just got 3-the first time in 10 yrs and didn't have a clue as to what they were for. Thanks for all the info from all of you. Made my mind rest easy. Thanks

So is it safe to ship or not?? Im sacared. But I also dont want to not ship and let down my buyers. I guess I could look at their ebay feed back right? and make the decition whether to ship or not?

I would certainly look at their feedback.  Also, I would look to see if their Paypal address is "Confirmed".  I had two red flags next to customers today and just went ahead and sent the items.  I also had a customer try to buy something 3 times and their payment was automatically reversed and lastly I made a payment to a vendor and Paypal deducted the payment, however sent the wrong information to the vendor so it showed I still owed the invoice.  You would think Paypal would be forthright and let everyone know they are having major problems but instead are driving most of us crazy thinking it might be us and not them.  I did finally get them on the phone today and instead of coming out and saying they are having big problems (first clue was I was on hold for almost an hour until they got to me) they just trivialized it and said they were having some issues!  They are a disgrace because  am sure thousands of people are bewildered about what is going on.

Looking at FB isn't real productive.  Remember, you can't leave bad FB for a buyer, so they all have 100% FB!!  But that is another whole topic,isn't it?

  I have shipped everything today and not worried about it-- after I first checked this morning.

I have a red flag today, but the funds are pending and not avaliable. Does everyone else have the same issue?

If it is pending I would not send any goods out. Usually there is a note such as an echeck or letting you know approx when it will clear.

It states that it is under review, and that it will take 24 hours to clear. However the 24 hours were up today at 11am? I called paypal today and they stated that it was an automated system and I had to just wait, but he was unable to tell me what was wrong with the payment.
