I received a Suspected Fraud E-mail from alledgedly Paypal - It didn't seem right. The e-mail used PayPal - Ebay - and a recent site I purchased from. I sent to PayPal and have not heard back from them. I am very concerned about my account - and why PayPal is not on top of this.

PayPal can't stop that which does't come from PayPal. All you can do is submit to spoof@PayPal.com
