Please Help ,,Paypal Limit our Account

Hello everyone ,  i am using paypal for my business online since more then 6 year, i have huge transaction in every day using paypal. but ,,

since 3 week ago paypal send limit to my account so now i can,t use my account exept receive money.

here is the information from paypal :

You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard

i am very cooperatif with all what paypal need ( my identity ) but paypal very very slow to respond and update my account.

it seem paypal don,t care about us ...i am so stress about this.

I am try to contact them via email, HLP, TLP but nothing ,,,the last I am try to contact via Facebook Paypal,

what we can do ?? anybody can help me for solution ??? any way to contact them ??

yes , we do but paypal take very long time to review my document,

Just be patient; it may take days or weeks.

You could also phone PayPal customer service for more information.
