Hello,
I m new to the community 🙂
before 3 days i send payment for Korean man to get Social media services. (Facebook likes) He provide the service but All likes are droped in few hours.
So i have open dispute yesterday. But seller not answer me. So i decided to escalate the dispute to the Claim and i do the step to escalate to the claim. But the case still no escalated to the claim. The case status is still under " escalation " in last 24 hours. There is no option to respond to seller or me.
Please help me with this problem.

Once u open a dispute u should wait until at least 7 days before escalating so to give the seller time to respond
U escalated after only 1 day
Once escalated u cant respond to the seller as its in ppals hands now and they will make the final decision

Dont ever,ever,ever do business with anyone on facebook, no offense but its kind of a no-brainer. and the seler is in another country. Im sorry for your loss but....
