PayPal claim help

I just lost a case and I was wondering once a case is close those that mean I cant do anything else? I sold something and 5 months later the buyer made a claim that I never shipped the item out and I lost the case. I have video evidence that I posted on youtube of me shipping and dropping off the package at a nearby USPS. Whats really sad is they never checked the video, based off of the view counts that I saw from my video. This is the only evidence I have because the tracking is no longer on the USPS website.

Also wanted to add that in the video I show the shipping label and you can clearly see the date 10/7/2015. Yet somehow I lost the case. Serioulsy PayPal

The videos are irrelevant in non-deliveries.  PayPal needs documentation to show delivery, not shipping.  If you did not including supportable tracking information with the shippment you will lose to non-delivery claims.  You have nothing to submit for an appeal.

Next time make sure to pay for tracking to the buyer.

"Next time make sure to pay for tracking to the buyer."

maybe im not reading this right, but shipping label was paid using PayPal.  The transaction is recorded on PayPal.  Tracking number does not stay in the USPS website for more then maybe 5 months.

What shipping service was used?

What was the dispute?

I'm confused about the initial problem.
