I have been using paypal for a wile but almost a year ago my email account was hacked and lost. Me being lazy and apathetic at the time did not much care, because I was still getting all my stuff sent out to me. Recently however I have not been receiving my purchases. I was wondering if I could just take my credit card off of this account and add it to a new one? If so how? What can I do in this situation?
