I hate the way the current ledger works as it is confusing. Is there anyway for Paypal to make it less confusing. For instance when there is a hold placed on your account and then it's removed, why is it still in the ledger? I understand you want everyone to know everything that happens on their account, however this is very confusing. Banks do not use this method, so why is Paypal. Also, when looking at the ledger I did not see where a fee that was taken out for a payment. As a matter of fact it didn't even have a balance next to it and I had chosen to view all activity with balance. I wanted to email however, you system does not have a choice for this issues. Make this less confusing please!

Hi callshona, thanks for reaching out to us here. We appreciate the feedback about the ledger. Can't guarantee that we'll be able to make it happen anytime soon, but it's certainly something worth looking into.
