I bought a pair of boots off ebay. The package was going to be delivered and the seller put a intercept package and return to sender on it. It took a few days to talk to him but he emailed me back and said he sent them to a wrong adderss and he would send them when he got them back. He then asked me to close my case with paypal. Should I close it or wait untill I get them back. So far he has not sent them back and according to UPS he has already got them. This is the first time I've ever used ebay or paypal and don't know how to handle this. Thanks for the help.

Suggest not closing the case, if you do, he will have your money and the boots. Your best bet would be to get your money back and look for another merchant.
