Hi, I ordered some items that never arrived. The seller gave me a tracking number which when I traced was incorrect and then refused to communicate with me. I opened the paypal claim and they have now provided a different tracking number (to paypal) showing the item as delivered. How can I add the tracking number that was orignially given to me in order to get my refund?
If the seller has provided a tracking number that proves the item he sent you was delivered to you then you need to ask around your neighbours etc to see if you can locate it.

Hi - thanks for you reply - the 2nd number which was provided to paypal after i filed the dispute only shows that it was delived to the country i am in - no further information
