Help!!!

I received personal funds from someone and they later put in a complaint that I didn't send some merchandise when in fact I didn't sell them anything and paypal refunded them there money due to false information and now my acct is in the negative. I need some suggestions on how to resolve this.

What happened to the funds that were sent to you?  Did you spend or withdraw them?

Yes the funds were withdrawn. He was suppose to send the money to me.
