Help think I got ripped off....

I went to a website called <removed> . On there site it says they are PayPal verified. So I sent the a bunch of games and a game consoles. They verified they got the package never received the money I was owed. What do I do ?????

With paypal you wait until you get paid before you send items.

This is a so called business I did not find them through PayPal .I got a quote on my games they have me a prepaid shipping label mailed it was tracked and they did get it. It was my decision to get a check or get paid PayPal. It says on there website they are PayPal verified. If they are they should have a PayPal business account. If they do it should be shut down for scamming people.

You can file disputes for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described on paypal.

If you can't file either because you sent the items first then the seller will have no disputes on his account and its unlikely paypal will take any action.

You can email paypal and tell them what happened and they may look into it OR you can look into legal action yourself against the company to try and get money for your items.
