I ordered a desk for my 4 year old on fresh toys website and was charged thru paypal for this desk and never received it. I called the phone on the website and it goes to voicemail everytime I call and no one calls you back. I have been trying for a week. I also tried the email address that I was given with the confirmation of receipt of the order and it comes back undelivereable. I do not know how to reach them and believe that this is a fraud website that is still taking orders and not filling them. I am very concerned that I have lost my money and will never see the step 2 desk for my son. Can you help?
The same thing happened to me. I ordered lego sets. I tried to contact, and am getting the undeliverable emails and voicemail with no returned phone calls. Sorry for your troubles too!
We have encountered the same problem. Placed order and was charged via paypal with email confirmation, but never received order. Now the number just gives a busy signal and the email remains undeliverable. Has anyone had any luck with receiving order and/or getting this issue resolved in any way?
I believe this site is fraudelant. When receiving confirmation on the order, it was a receipt for payment to April Mills. After not receiving my items within 15 days I filed a complaint with paypal. As soon as I submitted a claim I received a bogus credit memo from "Main Store" for my items. I wish paypal would take action and resolve this issue. There has been no response from the seller yet about this claim.
Thanks for the information SaraHaraS. Ours showed payment to April Mills too and it's been since November 28. Guess I will file a complaint with Paypal and hope that it is resolved for all of us. What a shame!! I really hope that this site gets blocked or whatever so that it doesn't happen to anyone else!
There is another bogus website which I believe is Fretoys under a different name; Lugess, so be aware. Meanwhile, having had the exact same experience as the rest of you, I lodged a complaint with PayPal and they refunded my full purchase price. I urge anyone with a similar experience to do the same.
