I received an e-mail from this "PayPal Support" PayPalSupport @ securite.com

Is this an official paypal e-mail?

I wouldn't click on strange links like this on.

If you want to review the latest PayPal user agreement only do it from you PayPal or click on "legal" below.

Seems obvious that email was NOT from PayPal and the link is for something not good.
