Hello,
I recently purchased an item from a company for approx $700. They sent me the wrong item valued at around $400 and are refusing to refund me for the item. I would like to open a paypal dispute, however, there is a problem.
The website required funds to be added in $100 & $250 increments, meaning the payment was made over multiple transations. How would I go about dealing with this?

You have no paypal buyer protection if you pay in "instalments".

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
