Closed dispute via phone but it's still saying I have an open case when I log in

I closed the dispute I made by calling Paypal's customer service line and I did so through a recording since I called after business hours. They said the claim was closed but when I log in, it still says I have an open case. Will it show it's closed when it's business hours again or will they still not let me cancel it?
