Back in March, my Skype account was hacked and the hacker transferred some funds using Paypal into the Skype account. I disputed the payment in Paypal and received a refund. Of course, I worked with Skype to try to get my account back, but they are asking for information that is impossible for me to answer (original year & month of account creation...really who remembers that???). As such, I have decided to abandon my Skype account and use an alternative service.
Fast forward to yesterday, the hacker initiates another transaction through Paypal into the account. I already initiated another dispute. Obviously, this is getting annoying. I contacted Skype but they wouldn't do anything as long as I can't answer their stupid questions (they cannot even ask the hacker to verify the paypal password apparently)
I am wondering if there is anything I can do with my Paypal account instead and block any and all payments to Skype? As you can imagine, I am done with Skype as a company so I do not intend on sending any money to them in the future.

Did you have a billing agreement with Skype?
Check your account.
Login to your PayPal Account.
Click on "Profile".
Click on "My Money".
Look for: My Preapproved Payments"
You should see:
Manage the automatic payments, subscriptions, and installment plan payments I send to merchants.
Click on "Update".
Next, you will see all active and cancelled billing agreements/subscriptions listed on the screen.
Click on the service-name for further action.
You should see on next page terms of billing agreement/subscription, how much money you have authorized service provider to deduct from your account and few other details. Most important is link to Cancel agreement, in case if it is active.
Note, when you click on Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm it once again. Click "Yes"
