42 cents missing from first ebay sale on paypal

I sold my first item on ebay last nite, the total was $4.06, I recieved the full amount in my account from the buyer, the problem is today my balance on paypal is only $3.64. Is there some kind of fee that paypal takes out? My statements and recent activity on paypal dont say anything about fees or any money taken out at all. Anyone have any idea about this? Maybe Im just overlooking something because Im new but any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
