"Unable to perform the PayPal instant transfer"

I am trying to transfer my PayPal balance to my PayPal prepaid card and I get a error that says "Unable to perform the PayPal instant transfer" It let me transfer money a couple times but each time I had to call PayPal. Now PayPal customer service doesn't help me anymore, I call them everyday they just transfer me to different lines, the customer server and the account specialist. I'll call customer service then they'll say "Alright I'm going to transfer you to the account specialist for this problem" then the account specialist would ask me for my card number, last four of my social, my address, and my name and they still don't fix the problem, so the account specialist would tell me to contact PayPal customer service(which I just got off the phone with). I need help does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Is your prepaid card a personalized card, btw?  Anyway, the Instant Transfer service haven't been working right for years. No fix yet.

I used the PayPal prepaid transfer a couple days ago so It does work, now it not letting me and yes my card is personalized, a PayPal prepaid mastercard.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! You have to break down your payment! For instance I tried to transfer $169.00 and it gave me the error so I sent a $1.00 and it was successful then I sent $100.00 it was successful then I sent $60.00 it was successful then I sent $8.00 and AGAIN IT WAS SUCCESFUL!!! Try it out!!!

Not true. I tried this and it's still not working. Stupid piece of crap. We are moving money from my account to husband's account. The thing is, it is bleeping working, b/c I moved money from my account and yet it isn't moving money on my husband's account. Fixing to leave Paypal and cancel the cards

Easy Fix!!!! Follow Directions and you will be able to transfer your money within 10 Minutes.

1. Sign In to Your Paypal Account.

2. Click On Summary (upper left hand corner)

3. Click on Seller Preferences

4. Click on API access  Manage API credentials to integrate my PayPal account with my online store or shopping cart.

5. Click on Update and Remove Paypal Prepaid

6. Go to Paypal Prepaid

7. Click On - Get Online Access

8. Put In all information

9. Connect Account to Paypal

10. Go Through all the steps

11. Accept Terms and Conditions

12. Transfer Money
