Hello there. I had recieved an email to my email account to get the paypal cash mastercard. So i go with it and start filling the blanks for the card. They asked a few questions and i filled it. Ask for some documentation but here is the catch, i live in the dominican republic and i started to fill the info with my personal information and know my account have restrictions. (Didnt know i had to live in US for this, so very wrong email to get)
I didn't know that this cash card mastercard was for US only. So i need to fix the status of my account that know has limitations. Any help would be apreciated.
