I have tried to fill out the returns for shippoing credit twice now. I have sent the product back, have acknowlegment from ebay that it was recieved in good order but the online form in pay Pal will not submit. What is the point of offering to pay return shipping if its going to be this difficult?
Correction: You can contact PayPal customer support either by phone or email at https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us at the bottom of the page. The link for phone support should be on the left side and the link for email support is on the right side.
