Paypal Prepaid Debit Mastercard

My Mastercard is linked to my account but each time I try to use it, I have to call custermer service although it has already been activated.

Please advise why and how to rectify the problem.

I have the exact same problem and each time I call customer service they put me on hold and no one ever returns to help. Wasting time and energy going through this. I am about to cut my card in half and mail it back to PayPal!
