Has anyone ever sucessfully had the transfer limits raised? Even once? I have a bill I need to pay and the money is in my PayPal.. because of their stupid rolling limit, I've been unable to transfer the money for days and am incurring late fees for my late bill that I'm unable to pay, every single day it's late. I've called and they're no help whatsoever.
Once you establish a good history of purchases/payments/transfers you transfer limits will increase. You just need to plan your finances and transfers to fit within the limits.
