Our company is located in Guam and, because it is the USA, eligable for the Paypal Debt Card. However, I received and error message saying that Paypal cannot send the debit card to a Guam address. I can change the address for the debit card to be mailed to a family member within the continental US. Upon receiving the debit card, I can change the address back to the Guam address. Just want to be sure I'll be able to use it and the card address will update when I update the business address back to Guam and with no issues using the card. Any experience with this?
