Barcode gets declined, can't add funds.

Title pretty much sums it up.
Go to a store, generate a barcode (taken a printed one too...) they scan it....and it gets declined.
Anyone else having this issue?

Every barcode I generate is already expired by 2 hours. Must be a time zone setting in their system because my address is correct in my settings. I am waiting for customer service to call me back with a resolution. I'm not sure if this is the same issue you have but I am still researching for a resolution to my problem.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
