I have been with PayPal for 15 years. I have applied for 5 working capital loans and paid ALL off early. I paid off my most recent then reapplied and got DENIED. Well I had received a large payment from a patient and PayPal put a portion of it on hold (750.00). They said they did because I keyed in the transaction. My patient paid over the phone so I didn’t have the physical card. Anyway, after speaking with PayPal letting them know I have never had as much as a chargeback on my account. They released the hold. My loan was paid then I reapplied for a wc loan and it stated DENIED due to recent hold or chargeback etc. I was **bleep**. Should I reapply and if so how long should I wait! Any suggestions would be helpful as I need the money for business expenses and spent it paying off my loan. Does it hurt to reapply daily?
