For the past few weeks my iPhone paypal app wont open. On the home screen the app icon is darkened like it is trying to load and it will periodically alternate between the normal "Paypal - send..." and "Waiting." It is not updating; it will not let me delete it in iTunes; when i try to delete it by holding down on the app and clicking the X it asks if I want to delete it but then it doesn't go away. No matter if I click on it or leave it alone it does nothing but sit there darl.
