I have a paypal line of credit, how can I get a physical card that is linked to my line of credit?
That is not available. The PayPal Extras MasterCard is a 'credit card' account. Any lines of credit with PayPal (Smart Connect, PayPal Credit) is linked to your PayPal account and have no cards.
