Using Paypal at Dollar General

I set up my Paypal account to use in stores.  I have yet to try it but I wanted to ask this question before I tried:  Can you get cash back from your Paypal Account?  Also, when you use the Paypal option, does it take it straight from your bank account or Bill Me Later if you have it set up that way?

You have to have the PayPal Debit MasterCard in order to get cash back or withdraw from your PayPal Account.

As for which funding source you use to pay, you should be able to select the one you want during the checkout process.

darn.  I was trying to use the method where you enter your phone number and pin # at the register.
