Using PayPal at a store?

When you use the PayPal app at a store can you get cash back if you want to?

If you, as the seller, are using the PayPal Here blue tooth chip card reader you may accept PIN pad transactions, but I don't think there are any cash-back options.  Since PayPal is the merchant, not the seller, it would be difficult to pass such transcations through to the seller and buyer.  I also don't think PayPal has that functionality with the credit card banks.
