I purchased a OneVanilla prepaid visa card (debit) today and went to the onevanilla website to "register" it by adding in my zip code. However, when I attempt to link the card to paypal under either prepaid card or under debit card paypal says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card." This is quite frustrating because the onevanilla website states my card's status as "active". Please help me find a solution!
The only way that seems work with paypal right now is a bank account or to go to their main office.I just got scammed by paypal for $1000 on two $500 paypal my cash cards.I loaded them at the store and neither one will work.Paypal is using a scam company for the cards.They have given me the run around on fixing the problem.
