I've asked the same question and they replied they have not tested it. Since this is a popular phone offered by Tracfone, you might think they'd test it. They recommended I test it but I'm not sure how to do that since I haven't bought the phone yet. Hm.
Yes. I've been using it for several months. It works fine as long as you have internet connection. We have good 3G signals at all locations where we use it. In our area it is Verizon.
