I have not been able to download PayPal transactions since November 2015. Quicken establishes a connection with PayPal but no transactions are downloaded. I spoke to a supervisor in PayPal support who acknowledged the problem and said PayPal was working on it. That was months ago. Has anyone been able to use QM2016 to download PayPal transactions?
