Problem with Pay Pal Credit statements

I sent message to BillMeLater and PayPal Credit last month complaining about changes to Bill Me Later billing process.  I also sent message again until now I noticed that I'm not the only one complaining.  It appears that new company contractors have aquired BillMeLater billing and their technical staff need to get qualified personnel to design or copy BillMeLater web page.  I can't download one consolidated decent monthly statement in PDF format.  It also appears that as many complaints made by the community, no one is reading and either we may have to close what use to be a great account.  Does anyone have a corporate office phone number?  Thank you

I have been having the same problems since 'Bill Me Later' was changed to 'Paypal Credit'. Since then I stopped receiving either a paper statement or an emailed notification

The first time I called to try and rectify the problem I was informed that what I was reading on my online statement was incorrect, and not what the Paypal Rep was reading on his screen (I had logged into Paypal, and selected Paypal Credit, then statement). He advised that the balance and deferred payments were different then what I was seeing on my screen.

I was informed that I needed to log into 'Bill Me Late', then select 'Manage Account' (on the right side of my screen) to get my correct statement information. But each time he walked me through the process, when I clicked on the 'Manage Account' option I was immediately redirected right back to my Paypal account, and the Paypal Credit option where I had started from.

I was told that I must be doing something wrong, because it should not be working that way. I emailed the above experience to Paypal asking for help, and was told that if I was having a problem I should call Paypal (great). Another month has gone by and still no statement (paper or email), so I called again today.

At the end of my last call I finally sent an electronic payment of $336.99 to bring my account up to date, and was advised that a payment of $554.94 would clear both of the differed balances due by Jan. 4, 2015.

Today I got the same run around. The numbers on my screen still did not jive with those of the person I was talking to...he became very short with me and said he did not understand my problem, and if I was not getting my statement by mail then I should be checking with my post office, not Paypal. I had understood that I was paperless, but he had no response for that either. He also advised me that the amount of $544.94 (the last Rep quoted me) was wrong, I only owed $217.95 by Jan 4th, and $158.99 by March 4th.

I am in the process of paying off my Paypal Credit Account, and will not be using it again, and will be decreasing my use of Paypal overall. Someone needs to look into what is going on with the new Paypal Credit system, it really sucks, and the service is even worse.

I have been buying and selling via ebay and Paypel for many years, and never anything like this mess before.

I've been trying to see what payments I've sent during a billing cycle and can't seem to find anything on the site showing that a payment has been received except my current balance goes down. They really need to fix this so I know when my payments post and so I'm able to pay things off to avoid interest charges. Does anyone know how to view payments made to PayPal Credit before the actual billing cycle is closed? VERY FRUSTRATING!

This is <removed>! Over a year and NO one can explain what is going on and why we cannot view our statements properly... LIVID is an understatement.
