During the creation of this PayPal account, there was no option for adding a Nigerian bank. Now that it has been created and on the registration process for an E-learning international workshop slated to take place in Benue State University. www.bsum.edu.ng and www.cefterbsu.edu.ng. Participants are supposed to pay registration fee. Now that I am finding it difficult to confirm my bank account, How will the institution get access the funds? Please treat as urgent.
